Wanted: Something New to Eat

Ok gals...I am in desperate need of some new recipes for something simple to cook for supper. My husband is picky and there aren't many places to shop around here to get weird spices or veggies. HELP!! I need something different to cook for supper tonight!

EASY..this is my easy recipe.it's creamy italian chicken.
-4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
-1 envolope italian salad dressing mix
-1/4 c. water
-1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, soft
-1 can cream of chicken soup
-1 can mushrooms
Put chicken in slow cooker. add salad dressing mix and water. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours. Beat cream cheese and soup until blended. stir in mushrooms pour over chicken. Cook 1 hour or until chicken juices run clear. Serve over rice or noodles.

I've made that too and it's great and easy - if you have to make something after work then it might take to long. What about breakfast for dinner?

I always do fajitas when I'm bored too - green peppers and onions sliced and cooked then add shredded chicken, you can add fajitas mix, but I don't. I serve it with sour cream and cheese.

Another easy one would be burritos, 1 pound hamburger cooked, one can cream mushroom and one can cream of chicken and fill the tortilla shell with it, roll and top with grated cheese, then bake it in the oven until the cheese is melted. These are soo good and super duper (yes I said duper) fast. Wade was always so impressed with them when I made them until he found out how fast they are to make, he couldn't believe that was all you did! I got this recipe from Kasey Reep!

I'll have to think of more for you! This could be a very long comment, so I'll email you if I come up with more ideas!

Heather, Heather, Heather! Where to begin! I LOOOOVEEE both my packages! I almost called you right away but then I remembered you were at work! You are the best girl in the whole wide world. I had that Jane Austen book in my hands on Wednesday and almost bought it for myself! I have a few of her books, but not the whole things! How fun, I can't wait to read the magazines too! I love it!

I always need quick and easy recipes. These are great ideas. If you get more by email, please send them my way. Although, we are supposed to start a big diet next week here at the office so I need healthy, low calorie, FAST AND EASY recipes. I don't think they make those do they!?! You can still send me some if you get any.
